WNHGA has sent out some clarification about GHIN/Index numbers. Here is what we know so please read carefully:
1. Starting in 2018 a player may have only ONE GHIN number and that must be for 18 holes. This means two things: first, if you have an 18 hole GHIN now you must inactivate it or risk paying a second fee; second Diane Feldman will handle this process by moving our group as a whole. However this will not start yet.
2. The good news is that the fee for this will be $39 and this will also cover the WNHGA fees too. This will be the rule for the next 2 years,.
3. WHNGA is taking steps to be sure none of our 9 hole data is lost. I will learn more about this at the Dec 1 meeting.
4. WNHGA has decided that you can be both a 9 hole and 18 hole member and to that end our 18 holers have invited any of our members who want to join them to contact them.
