To: Tucker Stanwood <tstanwood48@gmail.com> Sent: Tuesday, September 4, 2018, 9:01:09 PM PDT Subject: Please Volunteer for Stanford Women's Intercollegiate Oct 19-21 PLEASE BE A VOLUNTEER TO HELP AT THE STANFORD WOMEN’S INTERCOLLEGIATE GOLF TOURNAMENT October 19-21, 2018 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Stanford Golf Course The Stanford Women's Golf team will be hosting 18 teams and 3 individuals at The Stanford Women’s Intercollegiate Golf Tournament Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 19-21, 2018 at the Stanford Golf Course. On Friday and Saturday, there will be two waves teeing off starting at 7:30 a.m. On Sunday, all players will be teeing off in a Shotgun at 8:30 a.m. For this event we will be providing a Walking Scorer for each of the 31 groups every day, Fairway Spotters for 3 holes, and one Leaderboard Scorer. For Walking Scorers, please sign up on Rallyhood and let me know if you need early or late times. We will assign the tee times when we get closer to the event. The Spotter Shifts and Leaderboard Shifts are listed by specific day and time on Rallyhood. TO SIGN UP (1) Click on the following link: Rallyhood Signups This will take you right to our site. If you are not registered, the site will first ask you to fill in an email address and password (2) Go to Signups (3) Select your desired day and job (4) Pick the shift or shifts you want. (5) Repeat (3) and (4) for each day you want to volunteer. We request you to use the Rallyhood site. If you do not want to or can’t make it work, email us at tstanwood@spfirm.com and let us know which days you want to work, whether you want to score or spot, and which time of day you are available WALKING SCORERS. You need a smartphone for this job. You will walk with one group for the whole round posting scores on your phone each hole (you do not carry a scoreboard). The rounds should be completed in 4½-5 hours. The Committee will assign your starting time. If you have a need to start earlier or later, reply to this email with your request after you have signed up. SPOTTERS. No smartphone required. We will have fairway spotters only on 1, 9 and 15. Each shift is around 2½ hours. LEADERBOARD SCORERS. You need a smartphone for this job. There will be only one Scoreboard. Each shift is around 2 hours. Date: Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 6:57 PM Hi, All, Thank you all for (a) playing all 3 rounds, (b) for your understanding as we worked around closed holes and how to score them, and (c) for your patience in getting the final results late due to my traveling! Summary: Championship: SUE BRODBECK shot a gross of 149 (👍) earning the privilege to represent us as the Stanford 9 Hole Champion in the October 9th Regional TOC. First Flight: TERRY MOONEY netted a 114 earning the privilege to represent us in Flight 1. Second Flight: ANN PORTEUS netted a 116 earning the privilege to represent us in Flight 2. Third Flight: ELLEN BARTON netted a 122 earning the privilege to represent us in Flight 3. CONGRATULATIONS, LADIES !!! 👏👏👏👏 I will be in touch closer to October 9.
